The Troy Arts Council is dedicated to bringing working artists to the community by offering educational and affordable opportunities for all ages. This fall, our programs are focussing on educating youth through after-school programming in rural communities throughout Northern Idaho.

​We are constantly looking for artists of every kind who have experience teaching and would enjoy passing on the legacy of their art and creativity to others. Submit a class proposal below! Email [email protected] with any questions.
